    Is company formation really free?
    Our formation work is free — we charge nothing to incorporate your company when you join our service. The only cost is the £100 Companies House filing fee, which every new company pays. Formation agents typically add their own fee on top of that; we don’t.
    How long does it take to set up?
    Once we have your details, we can usually have your company incorporated and your FreeAgent account ready within 24 hours.
    What do you need to set up my company?
    Basic details such as your name, address and chosen company name, plus ID and proof of address for the director. We’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed.
    Can you help me choose a company name?
    We can check whether your preferred name is available at Companies House and flag anything that might be an issue. The final choice is yours.
    What does it cost after setup?
    Our ongoing service is £159+VAT per month on a 30-day rolling basis, which includes your software, accounts, tax returns and dedicated accountant. Some one-off work may sit outside that — we’ll always be clear up front. See full pricing →
