In order to carry out our service for you it is necessary to collect further information from you and this is generally information regarding your company details. We request only what is necessary for us to deliver your service.


Due to the nature and extent of details that we may need from you we have proper handling procedure in place before GDPR came into force and this will continue. We are also registered with the ICO.


When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.


HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill our accountancy services for you.


We may also:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.


We are also subject to anti money laundering legislation and will be required to conduct a background check on you upon joining any of our accountancy services. This is different to a credit check and will not affect your credit in any way.


We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


Device information may also be used for advertising and retargeting.


SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
