What types of businesses do you work with?
Our clients are generally small businesses with 1 or 2 directors and between 0 and 15 employees.
Some examples of our clients are: IT & Other Contractors, Property Companies, YouTubers & Other Influencers, Freelancers, Medical Professionals, Creative Industries, Course Creators, Online Content Creators & Startups.
This list is not exhaustive so if you aren't sure get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Do you provide one-off services?
While the bulk of our business is made up by our monthly subscribers, we do regularly provide one-off services such as:

Can you incorporate my company?
Yes, we can incorporate your very own limited company with Companies House. You'll get to pick a name you like when you join us.
Do you charge extra for company incorporation?
No. Joining us gets you complimentary company incorporation. It's all part of the usual monthly fee.
What registrations do you help setup?
We will setup your company's VAT and PAYE registrations. Self-Assessment registration is also included. If you need anything extra simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Do you charge extra for tax registrations?
Company and personal tax registrations are all part of our normal accountancy service. There is no extra charge.
Will you be able to speak with HMRC on my behalf?
Yes! As a registered agent with HMRC, we can speak with them on your behalf once agent authority has been setup. A code will be sent to your address for each tax service.
Do you have a setup fee?
No! The billing cycle will simply start on a monthly basis from the date you join, normally once the FreeAgent account is created for you.
What information do you need to setup my company?
Along with basic details such as name, address and your company name, we'll also need your Date of Birth, National Insurance number, Proof of Address (usually a bank statement or similar) and Proof of ID (a passport or valid photo ID). You can see all of the info on our registration form.
How do I pay for the service?
Easy! You can create a standing order in your online banking to recur on a monthly basis. Instructions are given right after you submit the registration form. If you don't have a company bank account yet, this can be set up with your personal account and switched over anytime.
Do you help with switching from another accountant?
Yes! To make the process easy for you, we will contact your previous accountant to request all the information required to switch. Your FreeAgent account will also get automatically updated with any data relating to your company accounts.
What if I already have a company?
No problem! Our simple switch service will get you and your company on track. Everything will be updated with your existing company's details.
Is there an extra fee to switch to Juniper Lynx?
Absolutely not. We believe that switching should be a no-brainer so we've setup systems to make the process seamless for our clients.
Do I get access to bookkeeping software?
Of course! Our recommendation is FreeAgent. It provides the most user-friendly experience and detailed information about available dividends, reimbursable expenses and salary. Your account access is included as part of our normal monthly fee.
What if I never used FreeAgent before?
No problem. Once we create your own FreeAgent account, we'll have an introductory phone call to help you get up and running. Plus you'll have ongoing support from us if you need it.
Should I be worried about Making Tax Digital?
Juniper Lynx is all up-to-date with Making Tax Digital legislation. We'll help setup your company so it's MTD ready for VAT. Your VAT returns will be submitted through compliant software and your records will be kept digitally as required by HMRC.
