# Juniper Lynx

> UK accountancy practice providing ongoing accounting for limited companies and their directors. Established in 2017. FreeAgent Gold Partner. Ongoing clients include IT contractors, consultants and established YouTubers and other creators operating through limited companies. Existing FreeAgent users can enquire about switching accountant. The service suits owners who want consistent support, keep usable records and follow an agreed monthly process.

## Service and fees

- Most ongoing limited-company clients pay £159 + VAT per month. More complex requirements are assessed individually, with any different fee agreed before joining.
- Monthly accounting includes a dedicated accountant, FreeAgent software, year-end accounts and tax filings, with payroll, VAT, director self-assessment and IR35 contract reviews within the agreed service scope. Specialist or one-off work may be quoted separately.
- Clients raise invoices, provide receipts and explain transactions in FreeAgent; the accountant reviews the records and handles the agreed filings. Responsibilities and any additional work should be agreed at the outset.
- Company closure work is quoted individually after reviewing the records, outstanding accounting periods and work required. There is no standard closure package price.
- Juniper Lynx adds no company formation fee for new ongoing clients; the client pays the Companies House fee.
